OOZN+s proposal for Goldland at Tangerang, to the West of Jakarta, will create a visionary community. Adjacent to the Jakarta Tangerang Highway, the masterplan aims to create an oasis of calm above the vibrant City.

The first phase residential development comprises two 35 storey towers which face one another across a 50m pool and garden.

The design response draws upon the massing as inspiration wrapping each tower in a shading skin which flows away from the central garden creating the impression of a pair of embracing buildings, the gateway to Palem Semi.
