Coliving Residential Block

Located in strategic area of Pondok Cabe, South Jakarta; The Parc residential block benefited from easy access and various transportation modes.

The aim is to create 'coliving' concept which provide modern living and working synergy in a convenient residential facilities. The residential blocks consisted of three 13-storey towers, interwined with exquisite landscape deck and facilities.

Simple tower arrangement allows sunlight and direct view for each apartment units. Design intention is to focus with facility and nature to create comfortable living experience.
