OOZN+s proposal for Vertika delivers 1600 homes in four towers which ascend in height dramatically from East to West creating a landmark gateway to Taman Semi.

The mass of each tower is layered vertically into six distinct blocks creating the effect of a light streamlined tower extruded from a highly efficient floorplate. Each vertical tower block is then sliced horizontally to create layered skygarden facilities .
